Starting with this Friday’s Moutfhful column, I’ll be featuring a farm stand each week. As a companion to the column, I’ll post photos of the farm stand in Eat This Now and add additional information whenever it is relevant and available.

This week’s farm stand is located in West County, on Joy Rd. at Fitzpatrick Lane, not far from Coleman Valley Rd. The best way to get there is to head out Highway 12 and watch for Joy Rd. on the right, after Freestone. If you end up in Bodega, you’ve gone too far.

Gerry Schultz stocks the sweet little stand with whatever her farm is producing at the moment. Currently, cured olives are among her offerings.

The farm stand is impossible to miss; just head north on Joy Rd. from Bodega Highway.

pesto and preserved lemons. She also grows pinot noir in Gioia Vineyard, which is flanked by beautiful olive trees. You can see it all when you stop by the stand.
