Leg of Lamb, here garnished with fresh rosemary, is a popular Easter tradition.

“Lamb is to Easter what turkey is to Thanksgiving,” rancher Bruce Campbell of C. K. Lamb told me years ago. But Niman Ranch declares, in a promotional email I received today, that “nothing is more special than a Niman Ranch Holiday Ham.”

What’s your take, your family’s tradition? Roast leg of lamb with a mustard glaze? Honey-glazed lamb? Whole roasted kid rubbed with garlic paste? None of the above? Eat This Now wants to know. Please share your most beloved Easter dishes (names are fine, no need to post full recipes unless you want to) here and add your favorite beverage, too, if you have one. And who will do the cooking? You? A friend or relative? Or a favorite chef?
