In last week’s Seasonal Pantry, which you can read here, I promised to provide links to quince recipes from the Seasonal Pantry archives. Here they are, a tad late.

Several vendors at our farmers markets currently have quince. There are also a number of trees in the county that may go unharvested. If you see one you suspect is being ignored, consider knocking on the nearest door and asking if they are available. There’s one near my house in Sebastopol and I plan to do just that.
