After years of dreaming and months of planning, the Sebastopol Certified Farmers Market is launching a second day, a Thursday evening market in the town plaza. On Sunday, the Sebastopol Farmers Market was smaller than usual, though it was hard to tell, given the market’s location shift.   The first Sebastopol farmers market of the year opened under a huge bowl of clear blue sky with no promise of rain. The chilly morning warmed quickly; by 11 a.m., shoppers were loosening their scarves and shedding their coats.
